We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects across East Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Mentor and develop junior project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with international construction projects
