The project involved the comprehensive renovation of an existing classroom block, starting with the dismantling and demolition of damaged walls, floors, doors, and windows. Hacking works were carried out to remove deteriorated finishes and prepare surfaces for new construction and finishing.
Structural improvements included wall plastering and the fabrication and installation of new trusses, doors, and windows to enhance structural stability, security, and ventilation. Gutters and downpipes were installed to improve rainwater drainage and protect the building from water damage.
Finishing works such as plastering, screeding, edge works, and painting were completed to restore the building’s appearance and durability. External works were also undertaken to improve accessibility and ensure the facility integrates well with the surrounding school environment.
