The project involved the full construction of a multi-storey STVET (Science, Technical, Vocational Education and Training) facility at Juba University. Initial works included site establishment, temporary fencing, and excavation, followed by reinforced concrete works for foundations, columns, and floor slabs across multiple levels to ensure structural strength and stability.

External walling and internal partitioning were completed to define learning spaces, while roofing works and installation of aluminum windows and wooden doors ensured durability, ventilation, and security. Mechanical and electrical systems, including cooling, plumbing, sanitary installations, sewer lines, and electrical works, were installed to support safe and efficient building operations.

Finishing works such as plastering, tiling, and painting were carried out to enhance durability and appearance. Landscaping and external works were also completed to improve accessibility and the surrounding environment. The completed facility provides a modern and well-equipped space to support vocational training and educational development.
